Movin' on up

I decided that as a professional Realtor, it was time for me to sit down with my client Jack Sparrow and discuss his options. Although the market has slowed to a somewhat normal pace, values are still increasing by 20% per annum, and the market is still relatively "hot" despite the higher levels of inventory we are seeing. So, I encouraged him to pull the equity he had acquired over the past couple of months in his starter condo:
