how beautiful I thought only us folks in the Southwest knew of luminarias and we only put them out at Christmas. What a great Festival.
Wendy...yes! Its a very popular annual event. Next year I'm hoping to have a much fancier camera to get some better effects.
Nice pics. The park by my house has a baloonanarium(sp?) once a year, which is basically colorfull hot air baloons all lit up around the lake. Pretty cool.
