I had lunch with Derek yesterday. Its funny that we've known each other for years, and now we are both working on Dockside Green. (He's a draftsman and works for the architect firm). Our lunchtime conversation was super interesting...I learned his theories behind why the Parc Residences building has those concrete walls on the North side. (Thanks for clearing that up man, it was bugging the heck out of me!) We talked about building design and construction, which is fascinating...since I work in pre-construction sales and we rarely get to learn how the construction actually all works.
This is Derek, he's a super cool guy and he's getting married in August which I'm very excited about!! Congrats again my friend :)
